| 7 | * 500 grams of beef stew meat (chuck) |

| 21 | 1. Cut the beef into 1 cm thick pieces. |

| 22 | 1. Cut the garlic, shallots, and green onion into small pieces. |

| 23 | 1. Heat a skillet and some cooking oil over medium-high heat. |

| 24 | 1. Add the bay leaves and the garlic, shallots, and green onion pieces. Stir-fry until fragrant and soft. |

| 25 | 1. Add the soy sauce and teriyaki sauce. Stir well to coat the ingredients. |

| 26 | 1. Add the coconut milk and bring it to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer until slightly thickened. |
